Day 1

Nairobi- Mt Kenya National Park


Your 3 day safari in Kenya commences from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you will get pick up service from Nairobi to Mount Kenya National Park. The drive will take approximately 4 hours via the Nairobi –Karatina road. When you get to Mt Kenya check in at your preferred hotel in Mt Kenya. Have lunch and in the afternoon head to the Mt Kenya National park for wildlife viewing.

The beautiful glaciers on the peak of Mount Kenya are part of the tourist attractions to Mount Kenya National Park. Day 2

Mt Kenya-Ol Pejeta Conservancy


After a hearty breakfast, to discover more on your safari in Kenya, proceed to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, which situated on the equator, in Kenya’s Laikipia District. The Ol Pejeta conservancy is located between the foot hills of the Aberdares and the magnificent snow-capped Mount Kenya.

This naturally beautiful 90,000 acre wildlife conservancy prides itself for being one of only four private game conservancies to have been founded in Kenya. The Ol Pejeta conservancy boasts of being the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, it also hosts the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya, and gives shelter to a large number of rare and endangered species.

The conservancy also has an astounding variety of animals, including the Big Five, Grevy’s zebra, Jackson’s hartebeest, cheetah and chimpanzee. Day 3

Ol Pejeta Conservancy -Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast, drive to Samburu National Reserve to arrive for lunch. In the afternoon proceed to Samburu National Reserve for game viewing. Samburu National Reserve is a vast place of endless skies, dust-red plains and palm-fringed rivers of the Ewaso Nyiro River. Samburu National Reserve lies on the fringes of the vast and arid desert of Northern Kenya, whose heat-scorched scrublands extend all the way to the jade-green waters of Lake Turkana and beyond.

Samburu National Park is an enchanting destination with a wide range of species that include elephants, cheetahs, leopards, buffalos, hippos and warthogs. Samburu National Reserve is also home to the five rare species of Northern Kenya that are the reticulated giraffe, the Gerenuk, Somali ostrich, Grevy’s zebra and Beisa Oryx. While visiting Samburu National Reserve other places of interest close to this game reserve are Buffalo Springs National Reserve and Shaba National Reserve.
